Refund Policy

Since our products include used precision parts, we generally do not accept returns or refunds.
Please check the product details, including photos and videos, before placing your order.
(If you are unable to determine the condition from the website information alone, please consult our sales representative.)

However, refunds may be accepted in the following cases:

Eligible for Refunds

・If the received product differs from the one listed on our website

・If there is a significant discrepancy from the ordered product

・Any other cases deemed appropriate for a refund by our company

Refund Request Period

・Within 7 days from the date of product arrival

Refund Conditions

・Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation email, or other payment verification, must be provided.

Return Shipping Costs

・The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the error is on our part (e.g., a wrong item was sent), we will cover the shipping costs.

2.Refund Request Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed by the end of the following month.

Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

・Order cancellations due to customer preference

・Cases where there is no defect in the product (e.g., different from expectation, no longer needed)

・Items explicitly stated as non-refundable before purchase
